Shipping

Domestic orders (within Denmark) are sent with GLS. International orders with DHL Express.

Domestic purchases are sent within 5-6 business days. International purchases are sent within 8-10 business days.

The Customer is responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

In case of returns, items must be returned within 14 days of arrival. Refund will be given once items have returned to seller in the same condition as when purchased. Return shipping and any additional costs, such as customs fees will be paid by the Customer.

Seller is not held responsible for any delay during the shipping process; customs or other.

In case of loss or damage during shipping, please contact seller as soon as your parcel has arrived/seems to be missing.
